A Delta Air Lines connecting flight out of Boston made an emergency landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport Monday when the plane's front tire blew shortly after takeoff, officials say.?
Flight 3285 of Pinnacle Airlines, a Delta partner, took off from Logan Airport at 6:42 p.m. when it experienced a blown front tire, officials said. It was on its way to Kansas City.?

The plane burned off its fuel, then was diverted to JFK, according to officials. It landed safely at about 9 p.m. None of the 73 passengers and four crew members on board were hurt.
The airline arranged new plans for passengers to get to Kansas.
"Our pilots and flight attendants are specifically trained on a variety of unexpected scenarios in flight," Pinnacle Airlines spokesman Joe Williams said in a statement. "Our crew responded admirably and used their training to ensure the safety of the passengers."
