JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - This week's interim budget in South Africa will look to stimulate growth under "difficult economic conditions" but will also encourage fiscal discipline, President Jacob Zuma said on Tuesday.
Zuma was speaking at the opening of a diamond mine in the northern province of Limpopo. Finance minister Pravin Gordhan unveils his interim budget at 1200 GMT on Wednesday. Zuma declined to give any more information.
