According?to a recent survey by Re/Max bidding wars are taking place in Toronto suburbs as well as other provinces like Alberta, Manitoba and Nova Scotia.
With the current supply and demand in resale Toronto?homes these bidding wars will probably continue to give sellers the upper hand in any negotiations on their homes.
Even Toronto Realtors are hoping for a more balanced Real Estate market in the months to come.
